Banyan Tree Phuket is located on the quiet beach of Bangtao. The complex consists of 108 Villas, each built with respect for Thai culture. All Villas come with their own private garden, king size bed and sunken open-air bath. Banyan Tree Phuket was opened in 1994.

THE ROOMS
There five types of categories of villas: Garden Villas, Jacuzzi Villas, Poll Villas, Lagoon View Pool Villas and Two Bedroom Pool Villas. Each Villa has the following facilities:

There are 28 Garden Villas each with an area of 170 m². This type of Villa has all the above facilities. There are 24 Jacuzzi Villas each with an area of 170 m². Besides the standard facilities the Villa offers a private open-air Jacuzzi. There are 36 Pool Villas each with an area of 270 m². Each Villa has its own private 9m x 3m swimming pool. Further features of the Pool Villas are Videos and Hi-Fi stereos. There are 10 Lagoon View Pool Villas, each with an area of 270 m². Besides the standard facilities the Villas offers an outdoor Thai Sala, 9m x 3m swimming pool in landscaped garden, video player, Hi-Fi stereo and a special coffee brewer. There are 10 Two-Bedroom Pool Villas each with an area of 350 m². Two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and one with two singles bed. Outdoor Thai sala, living and dining area. Outdoor shower and a 9m x 3m private swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen, video player and Hi-Fi stereo.

HOTEL FACILITIES
A luxury Spa Center with traditional Thai message in spectacular surroundings. Extensive facilities include an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting greens, practice bunkers and chipping areas. There is a pro shop as well as a comprehensive range of services.

Saffron Restaurant serves Thai Cuisine and a variety of South East Asian specialties.

Watercourt Restaurant is overlooking the calm waters and serves Asian Seafood dishes with a Mediterranean touch.

Sala Terrace Restaurant serves seafood specialties in tropical surroundings (only open during the high season).

Banyan Café Restaurant serves Asian and International dishes while overlooking the golf course.

In Villa dining, get you own private BBQ or order from the "à la carte menu.

Lagoon dining: enjoy your dinner on a romantic sunset cruise around the lagoon in your own private & traditional long tailed boat.
