Just to inform you of our email change. More importantly to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed the speedboat tour. There were only 6 people on board including ourselves and, as such, was very enjoyable. Obviously it was more expensive than the other tours, but you get what you pay for and in this case, was well worth it.

Dear Jacques,

In cleaning up my email, it comes across you and the trip that we had in October 2002. I wish to thank you for the arrangement you provided to us during our stay in Phuket. Although I was sick for one day (For eating Som Tum in Metropole hotel which I could not believe it), we had a wonderful holiday. Oh was marvelous in addressing our questions. Her smiling face reflects a true hospitality and welcome for us. A great memory indeed. Please extend my thanks to her.

Perhaps, I should tell you as a reference about Dusit hotel in the Laguna beach. It is a nice hotel and an above average resort. One thing which could make our stay more pleasant would be the ability to control to our liking of the air temperature in the room. It was either too hot or too cold. That is all.

Things are going very well! We want to thank you again for the great work you have done. We found a great place in Samui run by a French couple who had just opened up two months ago. We took pictures and got their info for you (for future reference). We are VERY happy with what you've done for us. Our guide, Nancy in Chiang Mai has been great. We switched the days around just a little and will drive to Chiang Rai tomorrow but have booked a flight back instead of driving back. You and Aoy are great and we have been recommending you to other travelers we have met.

We thank you very much for the wonderful 7-day trip you arranged for us in Thailand. The trip was totally tension free. The place we enjoyed most was Chiang Mai. Our guide Ole was very friendly and co-operative. He told us many of the local legends and stories. He even gave us some tips about shopping in the night bazaars of Chiang Mai!!!

On our behalf we also request you to thank Ms. Nan (Our guide to Kanchanaburi). She was very knowledgeable. She patiently explained many of the local Thai customs and practices. The many things that India and Thailand have in common, which were revealed to us by Ms. Nan, impressed us.

Once again we sincerely thank you for having made all the arrangements in advance. We were able to complete our tour in peace. We would like to specially tell you about one thing: in all the hotels the staff were very courteous when they realized we were vegetarians and non-smokers. They took extra effort to see to it that we were fed properly. We are heartily thankful to them.

We would love to return to Thailand to see Ayuthaya and Sukhothai.

Stephen and I would like to thank you for the fantastic holiday that you organised for us!

We both had the most wonderful time - Thailand is such a beautiful place - you are very lucky to live there!

The Palace Tour was fantastic - so many beautiful temples and our tour guide was brilliant! Phi Phi Island was magical and Koh Samui was just brilliant!

All of our hotels were lovely, and we had no problems with transfers or pickups in anyway.

Once again - just wanting to extend our thanks to you for such a wonderful trip and we will definitely recommend you to anyone that is looking at travelling to Thailand! We would not book through anyone else!

Thanks for your help in arranging our hotel reservations and round trip transport for our stay in Phuket. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much. We hope to come back some day after the baby is born.

I would also like to say that you made the right call when you recommended the Novotel instead of the Holiday Inn. We went to the Holiday Inn and it's way to busy over there. It's almost like Bangkok on that street!
